The Right to Rectification

During the entire period of processing your data, you have the right, without being obliged to pay any taxes or fees of any kind, to obtain from us a rectification of your Data that is inaccurate or incomplete, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of a written request from you.


The Right to Have Your Data Deleted

During the entire period of processing your Personal Data, you have the right, without being obliged to pay any taxes or fees of any kind, to request that your data be deleted or, should such a case arise, we may proceed ex officio to delete your data, in the following situations:

The data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed;

You withdraw the consent you have given us for the processing of the data, and there is no other legal basis for the processing;

You object to the processing of your data, and there are no prevailing legitimate reasons regarding the processing;

Personal Data has been processed illegally;

The Data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on us.


The Right to Restrict Processing

During the entire period of processing your data, you have the right, without being obliged to pay any taxes or fees of any kind, to require that we restrict the processing of your Data within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of a written request from you. Such cases include:

You contest the accuracy of your data, resulting in a restriction that will take place during the period in which we verify the accuracy of the data;

The processing of data is illegal, and you object to the deletion of your data, requesting the restriction of their use in return;

We no longer need your data for processing, but you request it from us to establish, exercise or defend a right before a court;

In this situation, where the processing has been restricted, the Data may be processed only with your consent or to establish, exercise, or defend a right in court or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person for reasons of public interest. The only exception to this rule is Data storage.


The Right to Be Informed About the Rectification or Deletion of the Data or the Processing Restriction 

During the entire period of processing your data, you have the right, without being obliged to pay any taxes or fees of any kind, to obtain from us information on the recipients of personal data, who have been informed about the rectification, deletion of Personal Data or processing restriction, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of a written request from you.


The Right to Personal Data Portability 

During the entire period of processing your data, you have the right, without being obliged to pay any taxes or fees of any kind, to obtain from us the data we hold about you, and which you have provided to us, in a structured and automatically readable format, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of a written request from you. You also have the right to transmit this data to another operator, if:

The processing is based on your consent or a contract; and

The processing is performed by automatic means.

Insofar as you request, the transmission to another operator can be made directly by us and technically feasible.


The Right to Opposition and Automated Individual Decision Making

At any time, you have the right to oppose the processing of data, including the creation of profiles and the right to oppose the processing of Data for direct marketing purposes. Your right to object may be exercised by sending a request to that effect to us in writing. To the same extent, you can address a request directly to our Data protection officer.
